How does renting with Slay Bae work?
It’s easy, Bae. Find the look you love, choose yourrental dates and size, then checkout as normal. We’ll deliver your outfit ready to wear. Once you’ve had your moment, simply send it back using the return instructions provided.We take care of the cleaning.
How long can I rent an outfit for?
Your availablerental period will be shown when you select your dates. Your outfit is yours to slay in for the agreed rental period and should be returned by the return date shown in your order.
How far in advance can I book my rental?
You can book ahead by selecting your chosen rental dates on the product page. If your size is available for those dates, you’re good to go. For big occasions, we recommend booking early so you don’t miss out on the one.
Can I get my rental with next-day delivery?
Yes! We offer next-day delivery on eligible orders placed before 12pm on a business day, subject to garment, location and courier availability. Orders placed after the cut-off will normally be processed the following business day.
Can I rent more than one outfit at a time?
Absolutely. If you’ve got more than one event coming up — or simply can’t choose — you can rent multiple outfits, subject to availability. Each item will have its own confirmed rental dates and return requirements.
Renting
How do I know which size to choose?
Check the size and fit information on each product page before booking. As sizing can vary between designers and styles, we’ll include any helpful fit notes to make choosing your perfect size a little easier.
What if my outfit doesn’t fit?
We know finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky. If your rental doesn’t fit, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Where available, we may be able to offer an alternative size or style, but replacements are subject to availability.
Can I contact you for sizing or styling advice?

Delivery and Returns
How much is delivery and are returns free?
Yes! Standard delivery and returns are free with your Slay Bae rental. Your order will include everything you need to send your outfit back to us.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes! We offer next-day delivery on eligible orders placed before 12pm on a business day, subject to garment, location and courier availability. Orders placed after 12pm will normally be processed the following business day.
How do I track my rental?
Once your outfit is on its way, we’ll send you adispatch confirmation with tracking detailsso you can keep an eye on your delivery.
How do I return my rental?
Easy, Bae! Follow the return instructions included with your order and send your outfit back by the required return date. Make sure you keep your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed. And don’t worry about washing it — we take care of the cleaning!
What happens if I return my rental late?
Please return your outfit by the date shown in your rental details, as another Bae might be waiting to wear it next!Late returns are charged at £10 per item, per day overdue.If you returned your parcel on time but the courier delayed it, you won’t be charged where you can provide proof of postage.
Cleaning and Damage
Do I need to clean my outfit before returning it?
No, Bae! Leave the cleaning to us. Please don’t wash, dry clean or attempt to clean your rental yourself. Simply wear it, love it and send it back — we’ll take care of the rest.
What happens if I stain or accidentally damage my rental?
Don’t panic — we know accidents can happen! Normal wear and minor signs of use are expected.If you stain or damage your outfit, just let us know when you return it. If the garment requires specialist cleaning or has significant damage beyond normal wear,additional repair, cleaning or replacement charges may apply.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my rental?
Yes, we know plans can change! If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 7 days before your rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
If you cancel more than 7 days before your rental start date, you’ll receive a full refund of your rental fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less before your rental start date are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
What happens if Slay Bae can’t fulfil my rental?
In the rare event that we can’t provide the outfit you booked, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. Where available, we’ll help you find a suitable alternative. If we can’t find one you’re happy with, you’ll receive a full refund for the affected rental.

What is Slay Society?
Slay Society is our free loyalty club for Baes who love to rent.Earn points when you rent, unlock rewards, get first access to new drops and enjoy exclusive Slay Bae perks.
Is Slay Society free to join?
Absolutely! Slay Society is completely free to join — no subscription and no monthly fees. Plus, you’ll get 250 points just for joining.
How do I earn Slay Society points?
There are plenty of ways to earn! You’ll get 5 points for every £1 you spend on rentals, plus extra points for things like joining the Society, referring a Bae, your birthday, leaving feedback and following us on social.
How do I use my points?
Turn your points into money off your next rental. Every 100 points = £1 off, so the more you rent and engage with Slay Society, the more rewards you can unlock
