At Slay Bae, we know that finding your dream outfit is exciting, and we want you to enjoy it as soon as possible.

That's why we offer Free Next Working-Day Delivery and Free UK Returns, making it easier to shop our beautiful collection of preloved occasionwear with confidence.

1. Free Next Working-Day Delivery

We offer complimentary next working-day delivery on eligible UK orders.

Order cut-off: 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday, UK time.

• Monday–Thursday before 12pm: Your order will be dispatched for delivery the following working day.

• Friday before 12pm: Your order will be dispatched for delivery on Monday, unless Monday is a bank holiday.

• After 12pm Monday–Friday: Your order will normally be dispatched on the next working day, for delivery the working day after that.

• Saturday, Sunday and UK bank holidays: Orders will normally be processed on the next working day, for delivery the following working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable UK bank holidays.

Next working-day delivery is subject to the delivery services available for your postcode. Any location restrictions or different delivery times will be communicated before checkout.

2. Preparing Your Order

Every Slay Bae garment is individually checked and carefully packaged before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

3. Ordering for a Special Occasion

We understand that many of our customers are shopping for weddings, birthdays, parties and other special occasions.

If you need your outfit by a specific date, please check the delivery information at checkout or contact us before placing your order.

Where we expressly agree that delivery by a particular date is essential, your statutory rights relating to that deadline will apply.

4. Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order is delayed, lost or marked as delivered when you haven't received it, please contact us at theteam@slaybae.co.uk.

We'll investigate the issue with our delivery provider and provide the appropriate resolution.

Slay Bae remains responsible for your goods until they come into your physical possession or that of someone you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable UK consumer law.

Your statutory rights relating to late or failed delivery remain unaffected.

5. Damaged Deliveries

We carefully package every garment to help ensure it reaches you in beautiful condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photographs where possible.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

6. Free UK Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping for preloved occasionwear.

Slay Bae offers Free UK Returns on eligible online purchases delivered within the UK.

If you change your mind, you generally have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You then have a further 14 days to return the garment.

Please email theteam@slaybae.co.uk with your order number, and we'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

You may try your dress on as you would in a boutique. Where handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item has diminished its value, a lawful deduction from your refund may apply.

7. Showroom Collection

Where available, customers may arrange collection from the Slay Bae Dressing Room in Milton Keynes.

Please wait until we've confirmed that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Online purchases collected in person remain subject to applicable distance-selling cancellation rights.

8. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the details before dispatch.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
